What are GAZOODLES?
One day a young girl out of frustration trying to recreate, copy, trace and pretend, began drawing three circles in one stroke with a black marker. She repeated the same hand movement over and over. She thought they looked cool but it was the speed, repetition and crossing of the lines that got her going. Then she moved onto rectangles, triangles and their combination. Colour filled the spaces. Her doodles began to represent an art she never thought she’d see herself motivated to create. She started feeling happy. She called them GAZOODLES
